This small-group coaching experience brings together a consistent cohort of individuals over six biweekly sessions to support reflection, insight, and intentional movement during a period of transition or growth.
Each session offers guided prompts and facilitated group dialogue designed to slow the pace, deepen self-awareness, and surface what is emerging - without pressure to fix, optimize, or perform. Advice-giving is intentionally limited; the emphasis is on presence, choice, and learning through shared reflection and experience.
The group is intentionally small to support trust, continuity, and meaningful connection over time.
Participation requires agreement to the Group Coaching Agreement, including confidentiality and shared group norms.
No preparation is required beyond a willingness to reflect and participate fully.
