Group Coaching
A shared exploration of what’s changing - and who you’re becoming.
About Group Coaching
Every private coaching client has asked me the same question.
"Is it just me? How do other people handle this?"
That’s why I started group coaching: to give you a guided space where personal reflection can meet collective wisdom — where insight comes from bearing witness and seeing yourself in the questions, struggles, and experiments of others.
This is a developmental space facilitated by a master coach and guide. It’s designed for action-oriented people who want to experiment with what’s next—and who are curious about what can emerge in the presence of others walking similar terrain.
Why Group Coaching?
When you feel like you’re the only one struggling, it’s easy to think something is wrong with you. The quiet exhilaration of learning you're not alone — of hearing your own questions in someone else’s words — is a powerful shot of energy and resilience.
Each session is designed to move insight into lived experience. Reflection leads to meaningful change, not just understanding. Think: perspective + movement.
Relief in discovering that what feels personal is structural and developmental
Insight gained by witnessing how others name, question, and experiment with what’s emerging
Clarity about how you want to respond—by turning insight into small experiments you can try between sessions
You see how different people respond to the same developmental moment in different, illuminating ways. Each session closes with time to articulate what you want to carry forward—questions to live with, boundaries to test, conversations to have, or experiments to run—so insight doesn’t stay abstract. The group becomes a mirror and a learning field, expanding what you can imagine and what you’re willing to try.

Private coaching offers depth through sustained one-on-one attention and personalization. Group coaching offers depth through resonance, beginning to define yourself in relation to others, and sharing meaning-making.
In group coaching:
You are supported not only by the coach, but by the wisdom of the group
You learn from paths that are not your own—sometimes seeing possibilities you couldn’t yet access alone
You experience being witnessed without having to be exceptional or “on”
For many women, group coaching accelerates clarity precisely because it disrupts the idea that you have to figure this out by yourself.
-
Across the arc of the group experience, participants are invited to:
Reflect on the identities, strategies, and expectations that once guided their choices—and notice which are shifting
Engage in guided reflection, dialogue, and inquiry designed to surface insight through both personal and shared exploration
Translate insight into action by identifying personal experiments, shifts, or decisions to explore between sessions
Learn from the mindsets, experiments, and lived wisdom of others navigating the same threshold
Understand midlife as a normal, meaningful developmental passage—not a personal failure or crisis
You are never required to share more than feels right—but you may find that being in the room changes what feels possible to say.
